中文摘要	目的探讨老年急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的胸部X线表现及演变规律.资料与方法对7例符合ARDS诊断标准的老年患者的X线胸片资料进行回顾分析.结果 5例发病前期X线表现为肺内单发片状浸润灶,2例胸片无异常表现;病变早期的X线表现为肺内大片状浸润,多发病灶3例,单发病灶4例;病变迅速进展,表现为"白肺"3例,肺野呈"毛玻璃"样1例,双肺野呈"毛玻璃"样并有片状浸润改变3例.3例经治疗后肺野透亮度改善,病灶稍有吸收,4例病变进展.结论动态X线检查可反映老年ARDS的变化特点,为临床诊断提供重要影像学依据.
英文摘要	Objective To study the X-ray features and dynamic changes in the aged patients with acute respiration distress syndrome . Materials and Methods The X-ray features of 7 cases in conformity with the diagnosis standards of ARDS were analyzed retrospectively. Results The focal patchy opacity was found in 5 oases before ARDS occurred, no abnormality in 2 cases at this stage. The solitary and multiply patchy opacity were found in 4 cases and 3 cases respectively at the initial stage. At the progressive stage, X-ray manifestations showed "white lung" in 3 cases, "frosted glass" in 1 case and "frosted glass" with patchy infiltration in 3 cases. The lesion resolved in 3 eases after treatment, progressed in 4 cases, Conclusion The X-ray manifestation of ARDS in the aged patients has some features, it also be available for the assessment of treatment results.
