英文摘要 | Regeneration is essential for ensuring the continuous and energy -efficient operation of liquid desiccant airconditioning systems. While the conventional aerodynamic thermal (AT) method is widely used, the mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) method offers an alternative for desiccant solution regeneration. However, existing studies on MVR have primarily focused on applications such as seawater desalination and wastewater treatment, with limited exploration of its performance for regenerating solutions suitable for liquid desiccant airconditioning systems. In this study, we compare the exergy efficiencies of the AT and MVR regeneration methods through explicit derivation and experimental analysis. Results indicate that, under basic conditions, the MVR method achieves an exergy efficiency of 43.9%, surpassing the 40.3% efficiency of the AT method. Furthermore, the study suggests that the MVR method is well -suited for humid areas where ambient air approaches saturation, whereas the AT method is more applicable in high -temperature and arid regions, making optimal use of free exergy input from ambient dry air. Additionally, the applicable area of MVR regeneration expands with increasing solution concentration. This research aims to serve as a valuable reference for selecting desiccant solution regeneration methods and contributing to enhanced energy performance in the field of air conditioning. |
