Rapid Determination of Five Kinds of Emerging Mycotoxins in Fruit and Vegetable Products by PRIME HLB Purification Coupled with Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

英文摘要An analytical strategy for simultaneous and rapid determination of five kinds of emerging mycotoxins, including beauvericin, enniatin a, enniatin al, enniatin b and enniatin b1 in fruit and vegetable products by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) was developed. The homogenized samples were extracted by acetonitrile aqueous solution or acetonitrile (containing 1.0% acetic acid), and purified by Oasis PRiME HLB solid phase extraction column. The extraction conditions and detection parameters were optimized. The results showed that the five kinds of emerging mycotoxins had good linear relationships in their respective concentration ranges, and the correlation coefficients (r2) ranged from 0.9988 to 0.9998. The limits of detection (LOD) were 0.005-0.025 & mu;g/kg, and the limits of quantification (LOQ) were 0.017-0.080 & mu;g/kg. Good recoveries (86.7%-117.8%) and a relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 18.4% were obtained from 9 liquid and 12 solid samples spiked with three levels of mycotoxins (0.25, 2.50 and 10.00 & mu;g/kg), which showed that the accuracy of the method developed here was satisfied. A total of 100 samples of fruit and vegetable products were detected using the established method, and the results showed that the detection rate of five kinds of emerging mycotoxins was 35%-66%, and the maximum concentration was 2.96 & mu;g/kg. Overall, the sample pretreatment was quite simple, and the detection method had high sensitivity and good stability, and could realize accurate quantification, which was suitable for the simultaneous and rapid determination of mycotoxins in fruit and vegetable products.
