Abstract in Chinese本发明属于沙漠化治理领域,公开一种硅溶胶改性纤维素基粘结剂、环保储水型固沙板及其制备方法。取秸秆将其干燥,粉碎过筛;将所得秸秆粉在2~6 wt%碱溶液中浸润并煮沸,取出冷却后加入浓硝酸和无水乙醇的混合溶液进行酸解,然后用水洗至中性,之后糊化;向糊化产物中加入二氧化硅溶胶,控制在2.94~9.81 Mpa、40~60℃下反应0.5~1.0 h,加入三乙胺反应1~2 h,再加入乙二胺反应4~8 h,加水搅拌乳化,即得硅溶胶改性纤维素基粘结剂。将无机土、保水剂、肥料和硅溶胶改性纤维素基粘结剂,混合均匀,压制成型,放入耐旱植物种子,即得固沙板。本发明硅溶胶改性纤维素基粘结剂为发明人自主研发,粘结效果好,环保无毒;所制得的环保储水型固沙板强度高,具有良好的固沙能力。
