中文摘要 | 在温室条件下,采用营养液沙培法,用PEG-6000进行4种水势梯度的人工胁迫处理(0、-0.4MPa、-0.8MPa和-1.2MPa),分析干旱胁迫下牧歌37CR、巨能和中苜1号的植株形态特征和根系生理生化等指标。结果表明:随着水分胁迫程度的增加,紫花苜蓿的地上生物量、叶水势、叶片相对含水量和气孔导度下降,根冠比增大。整体而言,干旱胁迫显著影响苜蓿的根系生长,随着干旱胁迫的加剧,供试苜蓿的根系总长度、可溶性蛋白含量、丙二醛含量、过氧化氢酶活性不断增加,根系干重先增加后下降。就个体而言,牧歌37CR的根系总长度、根系总表面积、根系干重明显高于巨能和中苜1号;牧歌37CR和巨能苜蓿根系的可溶性蛋白含量显著低于中苜1号(P<0.05);除重度干旱胁迫外,牧歌37CR根系的丙二醛含量显著低于巨能和中苜1号(P<0.05)。综合评价表明,牧歌37CR的抗旱性优于中苜1号和巨能,更适宜在北方较干旱地区推广利用。 |
英文摘要 | In order to understand the morphological and physiological characteristics of different drought-tolerant alfalfa (Medicago sativa L) cultivars response to drought stress, four water potential gradients (0, -0.4, -0.8 and -1.2 MPa) were artificially stressed with polyethylene glycol-6000 (PEG-6000) in sandy nutrient solution under the greenhouse condition. The plant morphological characteristics and root physio-biochemistry indexes of three alfalfa cultivars (M. sativa cv. DSB37CR, M. sativa cv. Magnum and M. sativa cv. Zhongmu No.1) were analyzed at 60 days after sowing. The results showed that:(1)With the increase of water stress, the aboveground biomass, leaf water potential, leaf relative water content and stomatal conductance of alfalfa decreased, while the root-crown ratio increased.(2) As a whole, drought stress can significantly affect the root growth characteristics and physiological characteristics of alfalfa. With the aggravation of drought stress, the total root length, soluble protein content, malondialdehyde content and catalase activity of alfalfa increased. The dry weight of root system increased first and then decreased. In terms of individuals, the total length, total surface area and dry weight of roots of DSB37CR were significantly higher than Magnum and Zhongmu No.1. The soluble protein content of DSB37CR and Magnum was significantly lower than that of Zhongmu No.1 (P<0.05). Malondialdehyde content of pastoral DSB37CR was significantly lower than that of Magnum and Zhongmu No.1 (P<0.05), except severe drought stress. (3) According to the comprehensive comparative analysis, the drought resistance of DSB37CR was better than Magnum and Zhongmu No.1, and it was more suitable to promote and utilize in the drier areas of north China. |
