中文摘要	为研究磷酸二铵施用量(0、150、300和450kg·hm ~(- 2))对陇中半干旱地区三年生甘草产量和有效成分的影响,于2015年3 - 10月在甘肃省榆中县贡井乡设计大田试验。结果表明:施肥促进了甘草生长发育和有效成分的积累;与对照(CK)相比,150kg·hm ~(- 2)、300kg·hm ~(- 2)和450kg·hm ~(- 2)处理甘草经济产量分别增加17.54%、37.99%和43.33%,生物产量分别增加20.56%、43.02%和44.14%,有效成分产量分别增加38.75%、80.80%和82.75%,甘草经济效益分别增加29.63%、62.45%和61.71%。综上所述,300kg·hm ~(- 2)和450kg·hm- 2施肥处理甘草产量和有效成分显著高于其它处理,但是两者差异不显著,结合经济效益考虑,300kg·hm ~(- 2)施肥量是该区域甘草生长所需的最佳施用量。
英文摘要	Inorder to study the effect of the amount of diammonium phosphate fertilizer on the yield and active components of triennial licorice in semiarid regions of Gansu province,field experiment was conducted in Yuzhong county in March ~ October 2015. Fertilization promoted the growth and accumulation of active components of licorice. Compared with the control group,when diammonium phosphates were 150kg·hm ~(- 2),300kg· hm - 2 and 450kg·hm ~(- 2),the economic outputs of licorice were increased by 17.54%,37.99% and 43.33%,respectively,the biological production increased by 20.56%,43.02% and 44.14%,respectively,the yield of active ingredients increased by 38.75%,80.80% and 82.75%,respectively,and economic performance increased by 29.63%,62.45%and 61.71%,respectively. To sum up,the yield and effective ingredient of licorice fertilized with 300kg·hm ~(- 2) and 450kg·hm ~(- 2) of diammonium phosphate were significantly higher than other treatments,but there was no significant difference between them. Considering the economic benefits,the amount of 300kg·hm ~(- 2) is the best for the growth of licorice in the region.
