中文摘要	采用5%、10%、15%、20%不同浓度的PEG 溶液,对PAC F 8421、PAC F 8423、Sweet Virginia、22053、22043、22050、健宝共7个高丹草饲料作物品种(分别用G 1 ~ G 7表示)进行模拟干旱发芽试验。结果表明: 随着PEG 处理浓度的增加, G 1和G 7高丹草品种的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,G 2至G 6高丹草品种则呈下降趋势; G 2和G 4高丹草品种的胚根长度和活力指数随着PEG 处理浓度的增加呈下降趋势,其他5个品种则呈先升高后降低的变化趋势; 7个高丹草品种的根芽比则随着PEG 处理浓度的增加而增加,且在不同浓度PEG 处理下根芽比均高于对照;7个高丹草饲料作物在种子萌发期的抗旱能力为: G 1 > G 7 > G 6 > G 3 > G 5 > G 4 > G 2; PAC F 8421褐色中脉高丹草适宜干旱地区推广种植; 种子萌发期的根长是高丹草抗旱性鉴定的最佳指标,发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数也可以作为鉴定指标,芽长代表性较差。
英文摘要	Investigations on PAC F 8421,PAC F 8423,Sweet Virginia, 22053, 22043, 22050 and Jumbo under different concentrations of polyethylene glycol (PEG) simulated drought stress. The results showed that the germinative rate、germinative force and germinative index are gradually increased first and then decreased of G1 and G7 with increasing of PEG concentration,while other varieties are trending downward. The radicle length and vigor index are trending downward in G 2 and G 4,while other varieties are showed a gradual increasingdecreasing trend. Under the condition of PEG, radicle /plumule ratio of 7 Pacetter varieties have rising tendency, and higher than the control in different concentrations. The drought resistance of 7 Pacetter varieties strength follow such order as: G 1 > G 7 > G 6 > G 3 > G 5 > G 4 > G 2. PAC F 8421 can be planted in dry regions. Radicle length is the best parameter to investigate drought tolerance; Germinative rate、germinative force and germinative index can be used as appraisal index. Sprouts length is low representation.
