中文摘要	中国北方干旱、半干旱地区,地下水资源在供水中占主导地位,开发和修建地下水库是水资源优化配置的重要途径.本文阐述地下水库内涵,提出修建地下水库的几个关键因子,如水源、生态环境水位、库容及地下水库管理等,并阐述地下水库建设的潜力与发展趋势.旨在对地下水库的生态规划、设计、施工及其生态运行提供参考.
英文摘要	In the drought and semiarid zone in north part of China,the groundwater resources occupy the dominant position in water supply,but groundwater is excessively pumped in the northern part of China,which has resulted in a series ecological environment and geologic problems.This paper elaborated the underground reservoir connotation,proposed several key factors of constructing underground reservoirs.Meanwhile,this paper also elaborated the development potential and the tendency of underground reservoir construction.
