中文摘要	从石羊河流域实际情况出发，分析了流域的供水现状和用水现状，归纳了干旱地区水资源过度开发利用所带来的生态环境问题，最后从产业结构调整、生态环境治理、实施调水工程等方面给出流域水资源可持续利用的合理化建议．
英文摘要	In this article, from the present situation in Shiyang river, the present situation of water resources supply and demand is evaluated and analyzed and the problems appearing in the exploitation and utilization processes of water resources are summarized. In the end, the rational suggestions on water resources sustainable utilization are put forward from the aspects of adjustment of economic structure, management of ecological environment and application of water transfer projects.
