中文摘要	构建了干旱地区黑河流域张掖市的基于2000年环境经济综合账户的以水资源开发利用和污染物治理为重点的环境经济模型，对张掖市2000～2050年的经济发展和环境成本之间的关系进行了预测．结果表明，总的环境维护成本绝对数值不断增加，由2000年的2．72亿元增加到2040年的7．49亿元，随后有所下降；水资源的过度使用成本不断下降，由2000年的1．98亿元下降到2050年的1．13亿元；环境维护成本不断增加，由2000年的0．74亿元逐渐增加到2040年的5.72亿元，随后又有所下降；张掖市GDP由2000年的64.09亿元增长到2050年的709．66亿元左右，扣除水资源过度使用成本和污染物排放所导致的环境维护成本后的国内生产总值都有不同程度的下降（2000年达4.24％，2050年达0.96％）．
英文摘要	In the article, a model including water resources use and main pollutants is developed based on SEEA. A modeling of the development of eco-economic system of Zhangye City from 2000 to 2050 showd that the total environmental maintenance cost would increase from 272 million in 2000 to 749 million in 2040; depletion cost of water resources would decrease from 198 million in 2000 to 113 million; cost of pollutants elimination would increase from 74 million to 572 million in 2040; and environmental adjusted GDP （EGDP） would be less than GDP in the same year, but the ratio of EGDP to GDP would decrease from 4.24% in 2000 to 0.96% in 2050.
