中文摘要	对吉林省中西部半干旱地区（以长岭为例）1953－2001年实测降水和空气相对湿度资料进行了分析。结果表明：年降水量、季节降水量、年空气相对湿度和季节相对湿度均呈明显下降趋热，特别是夏、秋季下降趋势更加显著。20世纪90年代是最干旱的10年，降水较50年代减少了113.4mm，减少率达21.0%；较49年的平均值低38.0mm，减少率为8.3%。降水变率呈明显增大趋势，表明降水稳定性降低，干旱与洪涝灾害更加频繁。气候温暖化与干旱化呈同步发展趋势。
英文摘要	The observed data of precipitation and air humidity of the dry Middle West of Jilin province from 1953 to 2001 were analyzed. The results showed that annual and seasonal precipitation and relative air humidity all took on an evident downtrend , more prominent in summer and autumn. The most dry time was 1990s, and in comparison with 1950 s, the precipitation decreased 113.4 mm, the decline rate was 21.0% ; in comparison with the average of 49 years, the precipitation decreased 38.0 mm, the de-cline rate was 8.3%. Precipitation variable showed an evident uptrend, and aridity and waterlog became more frequent because of the stability of precipitation fall. Climatic warming was synchronous with drying.
