中文摘要 | 【目的】通过探讨黑果腺肋花楸的抗旱性,为其在干旱地区的推广应用提供理论依据。【方法】以富康源Ⅰ号'和黑宝石'这两个品种的1年生幼苗为材料,采用盆栽控制试验,设置对照(CK)、轻度(T1)、中度(T2)和重度胁迫(T3)4个梯度,生长一定周期后测定其形态及生理特性。【结果】1)随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,富康源Ⅰ号'和黑宝石'的新梢长、新梢粗的生长较为缓慢甚至不生长,在T3处理下,两者新梢长较CK显著降低了26.06%、22.39%,新梢粗较CK显著降低6.75%、6.68%;而根冠比在T1时达到了最大值,且富康源Ⅰ号'显著高于黑宝石'。2)干旱胁迫30 d时,丙二醛含量持续升高,可溶性蛋白和游离脯氨酸的含量显著增加,提高了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性;干旱胁迫60 d,明显促进了脯氨酸的积累并显著提高SOD的活性,抑制了MDA含量的增长,T3时富康源Ⅰ号'和黑宝石'的POD较CK下降56.56%、58.16%,CAT较CK显著下降87.80%、34.34%。因此,2种黑果腺肋花楸可通过启动自身保护酶系统和渗透调节物质来增强抗旱性。【结论】黑宝石'能够抵御中度干旱胁迫,而富康源 Ⅰ号'更适合在轻度干旱条件下生长。 |
英文摘要 | 【Objective】To explore the drought resistance of Aronia melanocarpa. in order to provide theoretical basis for its popularization and application in arid areas.【Method】 this study fukangyuanⅠ' and heibaoshi' the two varieties of 1 year seedlings as material, using pot control test, a control (CK), mild (T1), moderate (T2) and severe stress (T3) 4 gradient, growth period after the determination of its morphological and physiological characteristics.【Result】1) As the extension of drought stress time, the new tip length, new shoots grow more slowly or even no growth of fukangyuanⅠ' and heibaoshi', Under T3 treatment, the new shoot length was higher than CK, and significantly decreased 26.06%, 22.39%, new shoots the CK significantly reduced 6.75% and 6.68%; The root-shoot ratio has reached the maximum value when the T1, and fukangyuanⅠ' is significantly higher than heibaoshi'; 2) After 30 days of drought stress, the content of malondialdehyde continued to increase, the contents of soluble protein and free proline increased significantly, and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) were improved, 60 days drought stress significantly promoted the accumulation of proline and significantly improve the activity of SOD, inhibit the growth of the MDA content, the T3 fukangyuanⅠ' and "heibaoshi" POD down 56.56% and 58.16% compared with CK, the CAT down 87.80% and 34.34% compared with CK significantly. Therefore, the two species of Aronia melanocarpa could enhance drought resistance by activating their own protective enzyme system and osmotic regulatory substances.【Conclusion】 heibaoshi' could resist moderate drought stress, while fukangyuan I' was more suitable to grow under mild drought stress. |
