中文摘要在分析敦格铁路沿线风动力环境特征的基础上,对HDPE阻沙栅栏、PE蜂巢式固沙障、功能型塑料防沙网、冲孔钢板和编织金属网材料阻沙栅栏等措施的关键技术进行了分析。结果表明:1)40%~45%孔隙度的HDPE尼龙网阻沙栅栏积沙效率在中风速、特大风时的积沙效率分别为70%、50%。2)当孔隙度为40%时,PE型材料蜂巢式固沙障的输沙率最小,效果最为明显。3)488型和2810型功能型塑料防沙网,在风速大于16m/s条件下,2.5m~10.0m高度范围内的输沙率分别是12.43g/(cm~2·min)、14.28g/(cm~2·min),固沙效果最好。4)冲孔钢板阻沙栅栏后方输沙总量平均减少80.58%,编织金属网阻沙栅栏后方输沙量平均减少83.65%,两种栅栏的防护距离均可达到40倍障高。取得的关键技术参数,解决了敦格铁路修建中存在戈壁风沙流活动频繁、风沙危害段落长、风沙防护措施平面布置受限、传统阻沙固沙措施不适用等技术难题,为干旱区风沙防治工程提供了技术储备。
英文摘要Based on the analysis of the characteristics about wind dynamic environment along the Dun-Ge railway, the author studied the effects of measures such as HDPE sand barrier, PE honeycomb sand barrier, functional plastic sand barrier, perforated steel plate and woven metal mesh material sand barrier on sand accumulation efficiency and sand transport rate. The results show that: 1) The sand accumulation efficiency of HDPE nylon net barrier with 40% ~ 45% porosity is 70% and 50% respectively in moderate wind speed and extremely high wind speed. 2) When the porosity is 40%, the sand transport rate of honeycomb sand barrier with PE type material is the least, and the sand control effect is the most obvious. 3) Under the condition of wind speed greater than 16m/s, the sand transport rates of 488 and 2810 functional plastic sand control nets are 12.43g/(cm~2·min) and 14.28g/(cm~2·min) in the range of 2.5m to 10.0m height,the sand fixing effect is the best. 4) The total amount of sand transport behind the perforated steel plate sand barrier is reduced by 80.58% on average, and that behind the woven metal mesh sand barrier is reduced by 83.65% on average. The protective distance of the two kinds of barriers can both reach 40 times the barrier height. The key technical parameters obtained solve the technical problems in the construction of Dun-Ge Railway, such as frequent gobi sand flow activity, long section of sand damage, limited layout of sand protection measures, inapplicability of traditional sand control and sand consolidation measures, etc., and provide technical reserves for sand prevention and control projects in arid areas.
