中文摘要 | 为探究不同气候区荒漠植被和土壤碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)含量及化学计量特征对禁牧的响应规律,以新疆半干旱区和干旱区的蒿类荒漠草地为研究对象,采取野外取样与室内分析相结合的方法,对禁牧区(6a)和自由放牧区荒漠草地植被和土壤C、N、P及其化学计量特征进行测定分析。结果表明:1)干旱区蒿类荒漠草地禁牧后茎C含量增加14.3%,C/P及N/P分别增加55.7%和41.1%;且在禁牧区土壤C、N、P含量上,与放牧区相比,有一定增加趋势。2)半干旱区蒿类荒漠草地禁牧后5~70cm土层中,地下根系N含量呈显著下降趋势(P<0.05);此外,与放牧区相比,半干旱区蒿类荒漠禁牧后0~70cm土层土壤C和N含量分别显著降低了25.9%~45.6%和36.9%~50.6%(P<0.05),并且C/P和N/P也显著降低了33.7%~77.4%和34.5%~45.1%(P<0.05)。总之,禁牧对干旱区荒漠草地植被和土壤的养分恢复具有一定的促进作用,但对半干旱区荒漠植被和土壤养分含量具有抑制作用,揭示出区域间气候条件差异能显著影响禁牧效果,因此在退化荒漠修复时应因地制宜,并采取综合培育措施。 |
英文摘要 | In order to explore the response of C, N, P contents and stoichiometric characteristics of desert vegetation and soil to grazing exclusion in different climatic regions, the Artemisia desert grasslands in semi-arid and arid regions of Xinjiang were taken as the research object, the contents and stoichiometric characteristics of C, N and P in vegetations and soil of grazing exclusion area (6 years) and free grazing area were determined by field sampling and indoor analysis. The results showed that: 1) Under grazing exclusion treatment in arid area, stem C content increased by 14.3%, C/P and N/P increased by 55.7% and 41.1%, respectively; Compared with the grazing area, the content of C, N and P in the fencing area increased to a certain extent. 2) For the Artemisia desert grazing exclusion plots in semi-arid area, the N content of underground roots showed a significant downward trend (P<0.05). In addition to the 5~70cm of soil layers, C and N contents of Artemisia deserts in semi-arid area were significantly reduced by 25.9%~45.6% and 36.9%~50.6%(P<0.05), respectively, compared with grazing area,and the C/P and N/P were also significantly reduced by 33.7%~77.4% and 34.5%~45.1%(P<0.05),respectively. In conclusion, grazing exclusion can promote the nutrient recovery of Artemisia deserts grassland vegetation and soil in arid area, but it can inhibit the nutrient content of Artemisia deserts vegetation and soil in semi-arid area, which reveals that the effect of grazing prohibition is significantly affected by regional climate difference. Therefore, comprehensive measures should be taken according to local conditions when restoring the degraded desert grassland. |
