中文摘要 | 【目的】比较5种荒漠植物在其萌发期的抗旱性强弱,为荒漠区植被恢复提供理论参考.【方法】采用聚乙二醇(PEG6000)对5种荒漠植物种子进行模拟干旱胁迫,测定干旱胁迫下种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数等指标.【结果】不同PEG处理对荒漠植物种子萌发具有不同的影响.随着PEG体积分数的增大,种子的发芽率、发芽势、根长、茎长、根茎比、发芽指数以及含水量总体上呈先上升后下降的趋势,活力指数及幼苗鲜质量、干质量呈下降的趋势;其中5% PEG胁迫处理,对胀果甘草、光果甘草的发芽率、发芽势,苦豆子的根长、茎长等具有明显的促进作用;15% PEG处理,沙打旺和柠条锦鸡儿的发芽率、发芽势下降幅度最大;20% PEG处理,苦豆子、沙打旺的发芽率、发芽势下降幅度最大.【结论】利用隶属函数法对5种荒漠植物的萌发及其抗旱性进行综合评价,抗旱性顺序依次为:胀果甘草>光果甘草>沙打旺>苦豆子>柠条锦鸡儿. |
英文摘要 | 【Objective】The study aimed to clarify the drought resistance of five desert plants during their germination period,providing basic data and theoretical reference for vegetation restoration in the desert area.【Method】The simulated drought stress was performed on the seeds of five desert plants by the way of polyethylene glycol(PEG6000),followed by the measurements of germination rate,germination potential, germination index,vitality index and other indicators of the treated seeds.【Result】Treatments with different PEG concentrations had different effect on the germination of the plant seeds.Overall,with PEG concentration increasing,the germination rate,germination potential,root length,stem length,root-stem ratio, germination index,and water content of the seeds increased at first and then decreased.The seed vitality index,and the fresh-and dry-weight of the seedlings showed a downward trend.Of the treatments,the stress with the low-concentration PEG(5%)could obviously promote the germination rate and germination potential of seeds of Glycyrrhiza inflata and Glycyrrhiza uralensis.For the treatment with 15% PEG, both the seed germination rate and germination potential of Astragalus adsurgens and Caragana korshinskii had the biggest decline,whereas,for the treatment with20%PEG,the two indexes for Sophora alopecuroides and Astragalus adsurgens had the greatest decline.【Conclusion】Through comprehensive evaluation with the method of membership function,the drought resistance of the five desert plants ranked as follows: Glycyrrhiza inflate>Glycyrrhiza uralensis>Astragalus adsurgens>Sophora alopecuroides >Caragana korshinskii. |
