英文摘要 | The aim of this study was to determine the effect of different irrigation levels on fatty acid-components of forage soybean. The study was carried out in Kahramanmaras, Turkey. Yesilsoy variety of soybean, which is suitable for growing in semi-arid climatic regions, was used in the study. Four levels of irrigation (I-100, I-75, I-50, I-25) were applied to the plants. I-100: the treatment in which the water need of the plants was met completely, I-75: 75% of the treatment I-100, I-50: 50% of the treatment I-100, I-25: 25% of the treatment I100. As a result of the study, the oleic and linoleic acids were found to have the largest proportion in the total fatty acid content. There was no difference between the treatment groups in terms of fatty acids except arachidic acid. The highest arachidic acid content was found to be in the treatments I-50 and I-75 with 0.48%, while the lowest in the treatment I-25 with 0.21%. Significant positive correlations were found to exist between oleic and palmitic acids (r=0.264) and between oleic and behenic acids (r=0.358). This study will contribute to the future studies to be carried out in different locations with more soybean varieties. |
