英文摘要 | With the increase of human demand for resources, the traditional mineral exploration space has become smaller and smaller, so new prospecting space must be expanded. Global resource and energy exploration has shifted to deep continents and under overburden areas. Desert gobi areas are widely distributed in western China, which host huge prospecting space. However, because there is no outcrop surface geological observation to obtain metallogenic information, the uncertainty of geology-based theoretical prediction increases greatly, which restricts the effect of concealed ore prediction and location. It is necessary to strengthen the research of concealed ore prospecting technology in desert covered areas and explore an effective technical method system. Taking the Qiongheba area in the eastern margin of East Junggar Basin as an example, this paper presents prospecting and prediction practice in desert gobi covered areas. Based on high-precision ground gravity and magnetic data, multi-scale edge detection technology is used to delineate fault structures. Combined with gravity and magnetic three-dimensional inversion and multi-scale edge detection technology, the three-dimensional shape recognition of concealed rock mass is carried out. On this basis, combined with regional geochemical and geological data, seven prospecting targets are predicted, of which the Layikeleke target area is verified. From the prediction to the detailed investigation, through the innovative combination of geophysical technology, the large-scale copper polymetallic deposit in Layikelekeis is newly discovered and evaluated under the desert Gobi without mineralization clues on the surface, so as to achieve a breakthrough in prospecting for the desert Gobi covered areas in the Qiongheba district. The results show that the prediction and location technology of concealed deposits in desert Gobi covered areas proposed in this work has a certain demonstration significance in similar landscape areas. The discovery of the Layikeleke copper polymetallic deposit also shows that prospecting work under the Gobi Desert overburden areas in Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia have a brilliant future. |
