英文摘要 | The aim of this study focused on the evaluation of the effect of water stress and nitrogen supply on some technological quality parameters of two durum wheat varieties (Vitron and Bousselem) grown in a semi-arid area of Algeria (Sebaine, Tiaret).The experimentation was carried out in two crops; one irrigated at 50% of the field capacity and the other unirrigated ;each block is subdivided into three plots considered as repetition in which four nitrogen doses are applied: 92,115,138 and 184unit/ha.The technological quality parameters studied were thousand kernel weight, specific weight, gluten content (dry and wet) and proteins content.The results showed that the water deficit and the nitrogen fertilization caused a variation of the parameters relating to the technological quality of the studied durum wheat varieties, namely: a decrease of the weight of thousand grains, the specific weight and the rates of gluten (dry and wet) on the one hand and an increase of the proteins content on the other hand. |
