英文摘要 | In this study, we selected the cultivated land of different years in Qingtu Lake (1 age, 2 ages, 4 ages, 8 ages, 13 ages, 20 ages, 30 ages, 40 ages and contrast) as the research object. The number of soil microorganisms in the land of different years has been analysed as a systematically method using the time-space substitution method. The number of soil microorganisms showed that bacteria were dominant, with the largest number, followed by actinomycetes, and the lowest of fungi in the 40-year natural restoration process of the reclaimed land in Qingtu Lake. The number of soil microorganisms varied with the soil. The soil layer deepens and decreases and the number of microorganisms increases first and then decreases with the extension of the conversion period. The number of soil microbes dropped sharply after 5 years of returning farmland. This is a critical period for land restoration and desertification control. It provides a theoretical basis for protecting desert oasis returning farmland and ecosystem restoration. |
