英文摘要 | Sedimentation separation is widely used in China's petroleum industry. However, the theoretical research obviously lags the structural design and application research. In this paper, based on the CFD-DEM coupling model, taking the discrete phase oil droplet in the sedimentation tank as the research object, the mathematical model of sedimentation and separation of oil droplet in gravity field is established. By using the method of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the movement characteristics of oil droplet in the process of sedimentation are analyzed. The trajectory of the sedimentation and separation process of oil droplet is obtained. The changes of velocity and force in the process of oil droplet separation were understood. The mechanism of oil droplet sedimentation separation in gravity field was obtained and the time and influencing factors of oil droplet separation were mastered. The research results provide theoretical basis and data reference for revealing the mechanism of sedimentation separation and guiding the design of a new type of high efficiency sedimentation device. |
