中文摘要利用短花针茅(Stipa breviflora)根系分泌物中的三种化学组分:邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯[1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid,diisooctyl ester,(A)]、邻苯二甲酸单(2-乙基己)酯[1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid,mono (2-ethylhexyl)ester,(B)]和2,2'-亚甲基双-6-(1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-甲基苯酚{2,2'-methylenebis[6-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-methyl-Pheno,](C)}对荒漠草原土壤进行处理。室内培养20d,利用高通量测序方法测定土壤中细菌16S rDNA的V3~V4区,并分析土壤主要性状的变化。结果表明,A和B处理对土壤细菌多样性均无显著影响,C处理显著降低细菌多样性。C处理对土壤微生物群落结构组成影响最大,B处理次之,A处理影响最小。在门水平,A处理对厚壁菌门、拟杆菌门、疣微菌门和绿菌门有显著促进作用,对变形菌门有显著抑制作用。B处理和C处理均对厚壁菌门有显著促进作用,而对拟杆菌门、硝化螺旋菌门和变形菌门有显著抑制作用。在属水平,A处理对Rubrobacter和Nitrosococcus有极显著促进作用,B处理对Rubrobacter、Nitrosococcus和Sphingomonas有极显著促进作用,C处理对Gaiella有显著促进作用。3种处理均可显著提高土壤速效氮含量,B处理还可显著提高土壤有效磷含量。总体而言,短花针茅根系分泌物的3种组分均可改善根际土壤的微环境,利于其生长。
英文摘要Three chemical components in the root exudates of Stipa breviflora were used to treat soil of desert steppe,including 1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid,diisooctyl ester (A),1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid,mono (2-ethylhexyl)ester (B)and 2,2'-methylenebis [6-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-methyl-Pheno] (C).After 20 days of indoor cultivation,the V3~V4 regions of bacterial 16S rDNA in the soil were determined by high-throughput sequencing technology.And the changes in physicochemical properties of soil samples were also analyzed.The results showed that either treatment A or treatment B had no significant effect on soil bacterial diversity,while treatment C significantly reduced the soil bacterial diversity.Treatment C had the greatest impact on the composition of soil microbial community,followed by treatment B,and treatment A had the least effect.At phylum level,treatment A significantly promoted Firmicutes,Bacteroidetes,Verrucomicrobia and Chlorobi,and significantly inhibited Proteobacteria.Both treatment B and C had significantly promoted Firmicutes,and significantly inhibited Proteobacteria,Bacteroides and Nitrospirae.At genus level,treatment A had significantly promoted Rubrobacter and Nitrosococcus.Treatment B had significantly promoted Rubrobacter,Nitrosococcus and Sphingomonas.Treatment C had significantly promoted Gaiella.The three treatments could significantly increase the content of soil available nitrogen,and treatment B could also significantly increase the content of soil available phosphorus.In summary,the three components of the root exudates can improve the microenvironment of the rhizosphere soil of Stipa breviflora,which is beneficial for its growth.
