中文摘要 | 通过对4组沙漠砂陶粒混凝土试块进行本构关系试验,对4片轻钢沙漠砂陶粒混凝土剪力墙墙肢试件进行轴压试验和有限元模拟,研究了此类剪力墙的轴压性能,分析了混凝土强度及端部薄壁型钢对其轴压性能的影响。研究表明:采用过镇海本构关系方程拟合的应力-应变曲线与试验曲线吻合较好,其相关系数在0.9以上,能够较为准确地反映沙漠砂陶粒混凝土在单轴受压荷载作用下的受力变形特征;随着混凝土强度的提升,试件承载力略有提升,但对试件变形能力的影响很小;在墙体两端预埋薄壁型钢可有效提高试件的抗压刚度和承载力,并能改善墙体变形能力;ABAQUS有限元分析结果与试验结果吻合良好,其相对误差在10.0%以内,能够较好地模拟轻钢沙漠砂陶粒混凝土剪力墙的轴压性能,其破坏形态为顶部混凝土压碎,钢丝网及薄壁型钢依次受压屈服。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, four groups of desert sand ceramsite concrete test blocks were tested for constitutive relationship, and four light steel desert sand ceramsite concrete shear wall specimens were tested and simulated for the axial compressive mechanical property. The axial compression performance of this kind of shear wall is studied, and the influence of concrete strength and end thin-walled steel on its axial compression performance is analyzed. The results show that the stress-strain curves fitted by Guo Zhenhais constitutive equation are in good agreement with the test curves, and the correlation coefficient is more than 0.9, which reflects more accurately the force deformation characteristics of desert sand ceramsite concrete under uniaxial compression. With the increase of concrete strength, the bearing capacity of the test piece increases slightly, but the influence on the deformation capacity of the test piece is small; embedding thin-walled steel at both ends of the wall not only effectively improves the compressive rigidity and bearing capacity of the test piece, but also improves the deformation capacity of the wall. The ABAQUS finite element analysis results are in good agreement with the test results, and the relative error is less than 10.0%.It can better simulate the axial compression performance of light steel desert sand ceramsite concrete shear wall. The failure mode is that the top concrete is crushed, and the steel wire mesh and thin-walled steel yield successively. |
