沙漠腹地高速公路风积沙填料压实特性及填筑方法试验研究

中文摘要针对沙漠腹地风积沙路基填料最大干密度确定和填筑方法选取的问题,以穿越腾格里沙漠腹地的乌玛高速公路风积沙路基试验段工程为依托,通过筛分、承载比、重型击实、表面振动台等室内试验以及水沉法、洒水压实法、振动干压法等现场路基填筑试验,对风积沙填料的工程特性、压实特性、填筑工艺与压实效果检测方法适用性进行分析。研究结果表明:该区域风积沙粒径主要分布在0.075~0.25 mm之间,属于级配不良的细砂;风积沙的重型击实曲线呈横卧的S型,在饱水状态和干燥状态条件下均能够获得较大的干密度;干燥状态下采用表面振动台法测得的最大干密度较重型击实试验结果高出约0.1 g/cm~3;重型击实试验与自然含水率下表面振动台法确定的干密度较大值作为路基风积沙标准干密度;3种填筑方法均能满足压实要求,振动干压法适用于现场实际,93区最佳碾压遍数组合为静压1遍+振动1遍,94区为静压1遍+振动2遍;浸水环刀法检测风积沙压实效果操作简便,检测结果离散性相对较小,具有较好的平稳性。
英文摘要In order to study the problem of determining the maximum dry density of aeolian sand in the hinterland of desert and the selection of filling methods,this paper took the test section of Wuma highway aeolian sand subgrade crossing the hinterland of Tengger Desert as an example.The engineering characteristics,compaction characteristics,filling technology and the applicability of compaction effect detection method of sand filling were analyzed through laboratory tests and in-site subgrade filling tests.Those tests included screening,California bearing ratio,heavy compaction,surface shaking table,water settling method,sprinkle watering compaction method,and vibration dry compaction method.The results are as follows.The particle size of aeolian sand in this area is mainly between 0.075~0.25 mm,which belongs to poorly graded fine sand.The heavy compaction curve of aeolian sand is horizontalSshape,which can obtain larger dry density under both saturated and dry conditions.The maximum dry density measured by surface shaking table method under dry condition is about 0.1 g/cm~3 higher than that measured by heavy compaction test.The larger of the maximum dry density determined by heavy compaction test and the dry density determined by natural moisture content lower surface shaking table method is used as the standard dry density of subgrade aeolian sand.The three filling methods can meet the compaction requirements.The vibration dry compaction method is suitable for the actual site.The best combination of rolling compaction for 93 compaction zone is stationary compaction once and vibrating compaction once,and the 94 compaction zone is stationary compaction once and vibrating compaction twice.While using the immersion cutting ring method to operate conveniently and accurately,the measured degree of compaction changes relatively small and has good stability.
