中文摘要 | 为评估不同生态恢复措施对高寒沙化草地系统固碳效应的影响,为高寒沙化草地生态功能恢复提供实践指导,该文以实施围栏禁牧草本模式(EG)、围栏禁牧灌草间作模式(ESG)和围栏禁牧沙障+灌草间作模式(ESSG)的退化草地为对象,未修复草地为对照(CK),研究沙化草地在不同生态修复模式和年限下的土壤有机碳和活性组分含量以及恢复草地固碳效应的变化特征。结果表明:恢复地土壤总有机碳含量、易氧化有机碳含量和溶解性有机碳含量较CK分别显著增加5.09~6.15倍、2.82~7.41倍和2.36~2.71倍(p<0.05)。土壤有机碳及活性组分含量在不同恢复模式间的高低顺序是ESSG>EG>ESG,在同一模式下按≥15 a、7~9 a、≤5 a的顺序显著降低。恢复地的总有机碳密度较CK显著提高1.28~7.66倍(p<0.05)。3种恢复模式间的总有机碳密度大小为ESSG>ESG>EG,且恢复年限7~9 a时ESSG分别较EG和ESG显著提高1.71倍和1.80倍,≥15 a时ESG和ESSG的分别比EG显著高54.2 %和63.5%(p<0.05)。各模式下的总有机碳密度随恢复年限的增长而增加,≥15 a的分别是7~9 a和≤5 a的1.83~2.96倍和2.32~5.80倍。可见,围栏禁牧沙障间作灌草能持续高效提升退化高寒沙化草地系统的碳固存,促进土壤有机碳活化,有利于土壤质量的提升,是沙化高寒草地的优选生态恢复措施。 |
英文摘要 | To evaluate the effect of the different ecological restoration measures on carbon sequestration in alpine desertification grassland can provide practical guidance for the restoration of the ecological function of desertification grassland. This study investigated the effects of different restoration patterns and restoration ages on the content of soil organic carbon and its active fractions, and the changes in the carbon sequestration of restoration grassland in Zoige. These patterns of restoration grassland included enclosure plus grass (EG), enclosure intercropping shrub-grass (ESG) and enclosure plus sand-barrier and shrub-grass (ESSG). There were three kinds of restoration ages under EG, ESG and ESSG, including ≤5 a, 7~9 a and ≥15 a. The results showed that the content of soil total organic carbon (TOC), permanganate oxidized organic carbon (PXOC) and dissolved organic carbon (DOC) was significantly increased by 5.09~6.15, 2.82~7.41 and 2.36~2.71 times compared with desertification grassland without restoration (CK), respectively(p<0.05). The order of soil organic carbon content and its active components is ESSG>EG>ESG among restoration patterns; and they decreased according to the order of ≥15 a, 7~9 a and ≤5 a restoration grassland in the same ecological restoration patterns. Compared with CK, the total organic carbon density (TOCD) in ecological restoration grassland increased significantly by 1.28~7.66 times. The order of TOCD among three restoration patterns was ESSG>ESG>EG; furthermore, TOCD in ESSG was significantly higher than that in EG and ESG by 1.71 times and 1.80 times at 7~9 a restoration grassland, respectively, and its in ESG and ESSG were significantly higher than that in EG by 54.2% and 63.5% at ≥15 a restoration grassland, respectively(p<0.05). TCOD of each restoration patterns increased with the restoration ages: its of ≥ 15 a restoration grassland was 1.83~2.96 times and 2.32~5.80 times that of 7~9 a and ≤5 a, respectively(p<0.05). Therefore, grass intercropping shrub with sand barriers can effectively increase the carbon sequestration of alpine desertification grassland, promote the activity of soil organic carbon, and furtherly improve soil quality, which is a preferred ecological restoration measure of alpine desertification grassland. |
