干旱区黑果枸杞光合电子传递速率对施氮的响应

中文摘要为探明干旱区栽培黑果枸杞(Lycium ruthenicum Murr.)叶片光合电子传递速率(J)对施氮的响应,进一步完善施氮对光合特性的影响机理,本试验设置5个不同施氮(尿素,N,46%)量处理(0、0.05、0.10、 0.15和0.20kg·株~(-1)),测定各处理下黑果枸杞在不同光照强度(PAR)和CO_2浓度下叶片J,并通过J - PAR和J - CO_2的响应曲线拟合得到饱和光强(I_(sat)) 、饱和CO_2浓度(C_(i - sat)) 、最大电子传递速率(J_(max))和零点电子传递速率(J_0)等参数。结果表明: 1) J - PAR响应下,适当施氮对黑果枸杞叶片J_(max)和I_(sat)有一定的提高作用。当施氮量为0.15 ~ 0.20kg·株~(-1)时J_(max)最大,当施氮量为0.10 ~ 0.15kg·株~(-1)时I_(sat)最大。2) J - CO_2响应下,适当施氮对黑果枸杞叶片J_0、J_(max)和C_(i - sat)有一定的提高作用。当施氮量为0.10 ~ 0.15kg·株~(-1)时J_0最大,但J_(max)和C_(i - sat)受季节影响较大,J_(max)在夏果期当施氮量为0.20kg·株~(-1)时最大,在秋果期当施氮量为0.10kg·株~(-1)时最大,C_(i - sat)在夏果期当施氮量为0.20kg·株~(-1)时最大,在秋果期当施氮量为0.05kg·株~(-1)时最大。因此,适当施氮有利于I_(sat)、C_(i - sat)、J_(max)和J_0等参数的提高。
英文摘要We explored the response of photosynthetic electron transfer rate(J) of Lycium ruthenicum cultivated in arid areas to nitrogen (N,urea,46%) application,and further to improve the understanding of effect mechanism of N application on photosynthetic characteristics. The experiment involved five different N application rates(CK: 0,N1: 0.05,N2: 0.10,N3: 0.15 and N4: 0.20kg·strain ~(- 1)). The J of leaf of Lycium ruthenicum under different light intensity (PAR) and CO_2 concentration under each treatment were measured,and the saturated light intensity (I_(sat)),saturated CO_2 concentration (C_(i - sat)),maximum electron transfer rate (J_(max)) and zero point electron transfer rate (J_0) were obtained by the response curve fitting of J - PAR and J - CO_2. The results showed as follows: 1) in response to J - PAR,proper N application improved the J_(max) and I_(sat) of leaves of Lycium ruthenicum to a certain extent. When the N application rate was 0.15 ~ 0.20kg·strain ~(- 1),the J_(max) was the largest. When the N application rate was 0.10 ~ 0.15kg·strain ~(- 1),the I_(sat) was the largest. 2) In response to J - CO_2,proper N application improved the J_(max) and I_(sat) of leaves of Lycium ruthenicum to a certain extent. When the N application rate was 0.10 ~ 0.15kg·strain ~(- 1),the J_(max) was the largest. But the J_(max) and C_(i - sat) were greatly affected by the season. The J_(max) was the largest when the N application rate was 0.20kg·strain ~(- 1) in the summer fruit period,and it was the largest when the N application rate was 0.10kg·strain ~(- 1) in the autumn fruit period. The C_(i - sat) was the maximum in the summer fruit period when the N application rate was 0.20kg·strain ~(- 1). It was the maximum in the autumn fruit period when the nitrogen rate was 0.05kg·strain ~(- 1). Therefore,proper N application was beneficial to improve the parameters of I_(sat),C_(i - sat),J_(max) and J_0.
