中文摘要 | 为探究光伏园区建设对土壤微生物群落结构的影响,本研究以青藏高原高寒荒漠草地为研究对象,基于16S扩增技术,分析未建设光伏园区(对照)及建设1年和6年后植被、土壤理化性质及土壤微生物之间的差异。研究结果显示:光伏园区建设后显著改变了区域微气候,土壤含水量显著增加、蒸散量显著降低;同时,地上总生物量和盖度随着建设年限的增加而增加,并显著高于未建设草地;土壤有机质含量、全氮含量和铵态氮含量在建设6年后显著增加;土壤微生物3种alpha多样性指数均显著降低,beta多样性差异显著,芽单胞菌门等丰度显著降低;网络分析结果表明,光伏园区建设后,网络节点数减少,网络连接数呈现先减后增的趋势,模块化指数降低而节点之间的正相关性由70.86%增至94.26%,网络中物种竞争减少。综上所述,光伏园区建设一定程度上增加了生态系统的保水保肥性,但也可能导致地下微生物群落生态系统更为脆弱。 |
英文摘要 | In order to explore the impact of photovoltaic park construction on soil microbial community structure, the alpine desert of Qinghai Tibet Plateau was selected as the research object to analysis the changes in vegetation, soil physical and chemical properties and soil microorganisms based on 16Samplification technology,after one year and six years of photovoltaic park construction.The results showed that the regional microclimate was significantly changed,soil moisture content was significantly increased,and evapotranspiration was significantly reduced after the construction of PV Park.At the same time,the total aboveground biomass and coverage of vegetation increased with the increase of construction years and were significantly higher than that of the control grassland.Soil organic matter content,total nitrogen content and ammonium nitrogen content also increased significantly after 6years of construction.Thealphadiversity index of soil microorganism decreased significantly,betadiversity showed significant difference,and the abundance of blastomonas decreased significantly.The results of network analysis showed that the number of nodes participating in the network decreased significantly,but the number of connections decreased firstly and then increased after the construction of PV Park.The modularity index decreased,while the positive correlation between nodes increased from 70.86%to 94.26%,and species competition decreased.These results indicate that the construction of photovoltaic park can increase the water and fertilizer conservation of the ecosystem to some extent,but it may also lead the underground microbial community ecosystem to be more vulnerable. |
