英文摘要In this study, we divide anorogenic granitoids of northern Sudan to two types: aegirine to augite-bearing granites and syenites, and amphibole-bearing granites, based on petrographic and geochemical criteria. These granitoids are A-type characterized by high SiO2, Na2O, K2O, and Fe2O3T, with low contents of CaO, MgO, TiO2, and P2O5. The aegirineto augite-bearing granites and syenites have a low Y/Nb ratio <= 1.2, which are interpreted as Al-type suites, whereas the amphibole-bearing granite suite have average Y/Nb >= 1.2 that indicates A2-type granite. The Al-type granitoids are also characterized by high values of Nb, Ta, Y, Zr, Hf, Th, U, and REE and Li, Rb, Zn, and Be, enriclunent of the I,REE content relative to HREE (La/Yb ratios range from 2.1 to 22), pronounced to minor negative Eu anomalies (Eu/Eu* = 0.16-0.46), and agpaitic index ranging from 1.03 to 1.42 and moderate to high contents of HFSEs. In addition, IIFSE mineralization recognized in the samples show high Fep, and TiO2, consistent with the presence of magnetite, titanite, and zircon, as well as higher concentration of HFSE. In contrast, the A2-type granitoids show weakly fractionated REE patterns (La/Yb ranges from 2.4 to 2.9), minor Eu negative anomalies (Eu/Eu* = 0.47-0.59), with agpatic index ranging from 0.95 to 1.08 and moderate contents of HFSEs. Both of the A1- and A2-type granitoids are supposed to emplace in a within-plate environment, suggestive of an extensional geodynarnic setting, possibly mantle plume related. Estimate of crystallization pressures indicates that the amphibole-bearing granites suite (near 10 MPa) were shallowly emplaced, whereas the aegirine- and /or augite-bearing granites and syenites suite forms in a deeper magma chamber (similar to 190 MPa). The exposure of the two magmatic suites are due to reactivation of the Keraf faults that intersect with Atmur suture zone.
