英文简介8. Project Narrative. New strategies are needed to combat the increasing incidence of coccidioidomycosis (Valley Fever). This program explores targeted antifungal agents that act by modulation of splicing events selective to fungal cells. Here, our team adapts medicinal chemistry and chemical biology with modern systems biology and targeted transcriptomics to advance compounds for a new class of next generation anti- coccidioidomycosis treatments.
