中文摘要	有效评价沙区生态产业效益情况,对准确、合理制定发展战略、有效推动沙区"产业化"模式的形成与发展意义重大。文中基于对沙区典型生态产业的实地调查,以沙区-苁蓉产业为例,从经济效益、社会效益、生态效益3个一级指标层和8个二级指标层构建效益评价指标体系,并在运用熵权法进行综合效益评价的基础上,应用障碍度模型识别影响产业发展的关键障碍因素。结果表明:(1)研究期间阿拉善盟沙区-苁蓉产业发展效益总体呈上升趋势,不过2016年开始增长趋势变缓。经济效益对沙区-苁蓉产业效益的影响最为明显,其波动情况关系到综合效益的走势;生态效益逐年上升;社会效益较为稳定。(2)经济因素是影响沙区-苁蓉产业效益的关键因素,同时也是其效益提升的主要障碍因素。
英文摘要	It is of great significance to effectively evaluate the benefit of ecological industry in sandy areas for accurately and reasonably formulating development strategies and effectively promoting the formation and development of " industrialization" mode in sandy areas.Based on the on-the-spot investigation of typical ecological industries in sandy area,taking desert area-Cistanche deserticola industry as an example,we constructed a benefit evaluation index system from three primary index layers of economic benefit,social benefit,ecological benefit,and eight secondary index layers.On the basis of comprehensive benefit evaluation by entropy weight method,the barrier degree model was used to identify the key obstacles affecting industrial development.The results show that:(1)During the study period,the industrial development benefit of Cistanche deserticola industry in Alashan League showed an overall upward trend,but the growth trend began to slow down in 2016.The economic benefit had the most obvious influence on the industrial benefit of Cistanche deserticola industry,and its fluctuation was related to the trend of comprehensive benefit.Ecological benefits were increasing year by year.Social benefits were relatively stable.(2)Economic factors were not only the key factors for the benefit of desert area-Cistanche deserticola industry,but also the main obstacles for its benefit promotion.
