中文摘要水中氢氧稳定同位素(D、~(18)O)是示踪水分过程的重要方法,但不同设备D、~(18)O测量结果一致性有待探索。基于内蒙古乌拉特荒漠草原的同批 植被、土壤样本,经抽提获得水样后,分别使用两种同位素仪(LGR和PICARRO)测量氢氧同位素。结果表明:1)LGR测量精度更高;2)D的两组测 量结果差异不显著(R~2 = 0.98)、一致性高;3)~(18)O的两组测量结果一致性较差(R~2 = 0.55)、差异显著(ANOVA,P <0.05);4)设备稳定性和水样汽化浓度导致测量误差。
英文摘要Water isotopes(~(18)O and D)can be used to trace and study the hydrological interaction processes.Currently,it is relatively easy to measure D and ~(18)O through different equipment.However,consistence between the isotopes measured from different equipment remains unclear due to different theories applied in the measurement.The objectives of this study are to evaluate the consistence between water isotopes measured by different equipments and to discuss the possible uncertainties in the measurement.To achieve the objectives,we collected vegetation and soil samples from a desert steppe in Urad Banner,Inner Mongolia in July,2018.After extracting liquid water from the samples,deltaD and delta~(18)O in the water samples were measured and determined respectively by two laser spectroscopes,i.e.,LGR and PICARRO.The findings of this study are as follows:1)There is no significant difference between the two groups of measured D because the scatters were closely distributed along the 1:1 line,with an R~2 of 0.98,indicating a high consistence between the measurements.2)In terms of ~(18)O,the difference between the two measurements was significant(ANOVA,p <0.05)because most of the scatters deviated from the 1:1 line,with an R~2 of 0.55,indicating an inconsistence between the measurements.3)The inconsistence between the measurements was mainly caused by the stability of the isotope equipment and by the vaporized concentration of water samples.
