施加外源碳对川西北沙化土壤团聚体重构的影响

中文摘要施加外源碳是促进退化土壤团聚体形成及提高土壤结构稳定性的有效途径,然而外源碳种类和施加比例在沙化土壤团聚体重构中研究较少。以川西北高寒草地沙化土 壤为研究对象,探讨施加不同种类(玉米秸秆、牦牛粪和有机肥)和不同比例(1%、3%和9%)外源碳对沙化土壤团聚体重构的影响。结果显示:施加玉米秸秆 和牦牛粪相比有机肥更有利于沙化土壤大团聚体的形成,土壤大团聚体含量随着施加比例和培养时间增加明显增多,但有机肥处理变化较小;沙化土壤团聚体MWD 和GMD随着外源碳施加比例和培养时间呈现出玉米秸秆>牦牛粪>有机肥;三种外源碳施加比例较低时,沙化土壤有机碳增加幅度较接近,当比例增大到9%时, 施加牦牛粪土壤有机碳增幅(196.40%)显著大于玉米秸秆(145.99%)和有机肥(99.02%)。因此,施加3%~9%的玉米秸秆和牦牛粪,能 够显著提高川西北沙化土壤有机碳浓度,有效促进微团聚体向大团聚体的转化。
英文摘要The desert soil of alpine grassland in northwestern Sichuan was selected as a research subject to explore the effects of different exogenous carbon resources (maize straw,yak dung and organic fertilizer) or proportions (1%,3% and 9%) on the reconstruction of desert soil aggregates.The results showed that the application of maize straw and yak dung as carbon resources was more beneficial to the formation of desert soil macro-aggregates than that of organic fertilizer.The content of soil macro-aggregates increased significantly with the elevated application of maize straw,yak dung and organic fertilizer.The higher exogenous carbon proportion was applied the more content of soil macro-aggregates would be.The soil macro-aggregates content was increased with prolonged cultivation time using maize straw and yak dung.However,the effect of organic fertilizer on increasing aggregates size was not significant.The rank of the effects of exogenous carbon resources or cultivation time on desert soil aggregates MWD and GMD was maize straw >yak dung >organic fertilizer.If the proportion of exogenous carbon resources application was low,the increase of organic carbon in desert soil was not significant.While if the proportion was increased to 9%,the increase of soil organic carbon using yak dung (196.40%) was significantly higher than that of maize straw (145.99%) and organic fertilizer (99.02%).In conclusion,the application of 3%~9% maize straw and yak dung can significantly increase the organic carbon concentration in desert soil of alpine grassland in northwestern Sichuan and effectively promote the conversion of micro-aggregates to macro-aggregates.
