中文摘要	以西柳沟流域为研究范围,分析2016年8月17日暴雨、洪水和泥沙特点,并以1989年之前为基准年,对降雨产流产沙关系进行对比分析,建立了径流输沙与不同雨量级累计雨量的关系,分析了泥沙来源。结果表明:大暴雨的产洪产沙作用远大于一般暴雨,流域下垫面的变化对产沙有重要影响,在相同降雨条件下,本次降雨形成的洪峰和沙峰及沙量明显偏小,其中流域林草植被覆盖率的变化起重要作用,淤地坝的拦截作用减少了进入中下游的泥沙,削弱了洪水的输沙作用,控制站的输沙量约20%来自沙漠补给。
英文摘要	The characteristics of rainstorm,flood and sediment transport in Xiliugou River Basin on August 17,2016 were analyzed. Selected before 1989 as the base year,the relationship among rainfall,runoff and sediment yield were compared. The relationships among runoff,sediment transport and cumulative rainfall of different rainfall levels were established,and sediment sources were analyzed. The results show that the influences of flood and sediment yield in heavy rainstorm are much greater than that of normal rainstorm,and the underlying surface variation of the basin has an important influence on sediment yield. With same rainfall conditions, the flood peak and sediment peak formed by this rainfall and the sediment amount were obviously small. Among them,the variations of forest and grass coverage in the basin play an important role. The interception of warping dam reduces the sediment to the middle and lower reaches,and weaken the sediment transport effect of flood. About 20% of the sediment from the control station was supplied from desert supplies.
