宁夏荒漠草原猪毛蒿碳同位素组成及与环境因子的关系

中文摘要以宁夏荒漠草原区广泛分布的草本植物猪毛蒿为研究对象,通过对38个样地190份猪毛蒿同化枝的${delta ^{13}}{m{C}}$进行测定,分析猪毛蒿同化枝稳定碳同位素组成的变化特征及其与环境(经度、纬度、海拔和土壤体积含水率)、生境(土壤类型 、地形类型、放牧干扰和群落类型)之间的关系.结果表明,猪毛蒿同化枝${delta ^{13}}{m{C}}$值为-25.10 ~-29.76,平均值为-27.79,表明猪毛蒿属于${{m{C}}_3}$光合途径的植物;猪毛蒿同化枝的${delta ^{13}}{m{C}}$值存在空间差异.经纬度、海拔以及土壤水分对猪毛蒿同化枝${delta ^{13}}{m{C}}$值的影响不明显$left( {P > 0.05} ight)$.猪毛蒿同化枝${delta ^{13}}{m{C}}$值在不同生境条件下存在差异:灰钙土生境下高于风沙土及风化基岩残积土;坡上的高于平地、坡中及坡底;放牧干扰低于未放牧 条件$left( {P < 0.05} ight)$;有柠条的生境高于无柠条生境.
英文摘要Herbaceous plants are widely distributed in the desert steppe in Yanchi County, Ningxia, and this study, with Artemisia scoparia as its research object, was based on 38 samples of 190 $A$. scoparia assimilating branches of ${delta ^{13}}{m{C}}$. The change characteristics of stable carbon isotope composition of $A$. scoparia assimilating branches and the relationship of ${delta ^{13}}{m{C}}$ from $A$. scoparia with environmental factors were analyzed, including longitude, latitude, altitude, and soil moisture, and habitats that further included soil types, terrain types, grazing disturbances and community types as well as the relationships from the ${delta ^{13}}{m{C}}$ of $A$. scoparia assimilating branches in different habitats. The results showed that the value of ${delta ^{13}}{m{C}}$ in the assimilating branches of $A$. scoparia ranged from -25.10 to -29.76, with an average of -27.79, indicating that the $A$. scoparia belonged to a plant of ${{m{C}}_3}$ photosynthetic pathway. The ${delta ^{13}}{m{C}}$ value of the assimilated branches of the $A$. scoparia exhibited spatial difference. Latitude, longitude, elevation and soil moisture had no significant effect on the ${delta ^{13}}{m{C}}$ value of the assimilating branches of the $A$. scoparia $left( {P > 0.05} ight)$. The ${delta ^{13}}{m{C}}$ value of the $A$. scoparia was different in different habitats. The ${delta ^{13}}{m{C}}$ value of the assimilation branches of the $A$. scoparia was different in different habitats. The ${delta ^{13}}{m{C}}$ values in the assimilating branches of the $A$. scoparia growing on the gray soil were slightly higher than that of the sandy soil and red weathering bare rock. The ${delta ^{13}}{m{C}}$ values of the $A$. scoparia at the top of the slope were higher than the flat, middle and bottom of the slope. Under the grazing disturbance, the ${delta ^{13}}{m{C}}$ values of the $A$. scoparia were lower than that under no grazing condition $left( {P < 0.05} ight)$. In the habitat of Caragana intermedia, the ${delta ^{13}}{m{C}}$ values of the $A$. scoparia were higher than those without C. intermedia.
