中文摘要 | 寒旱盐渍土地区特殊气候地质环境对混凝土结构耐久性有重要影响,提高混凝土耐久性显得尤为重要。以G7高速公路甘肃段寒旱地区水泥混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能 为研究对象,采用电通量法测定水泥混凝土试件28 d、56 d龄期时抗氯离子渗透性能,分析了不同水胶比(0.3 ~ 0.38) 、粉煤灰和矿粉复掺(复掺比例为胶凝材料的30% ~ 50%) 、不同养护方式(标准养生、保湿养生、保温保湿养生,养生温度分别为20 ℃、- 5 ~ 15 ℃和- 10 ~ 20 ℃)等因素对水泥混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的影响规律。测试结果表明:水胶比越大,混凝土抗氯离子渗透的性能越差;掺矿粉的混凝土28 d电通量明显要小于掺以粉煤灰为主混凝土的电通量,在56 d时两者相差不大;采用适宜粒度分布的粉煤灰、矿粉复合掺入到混凝土中,提高了混凝土的密实度,降低了混凝土电通量,混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能得到改善;采 用保湿养护的混凝土试件28 d、56 d电通量均大于标准养护的混凝土试件,采用保温保湿养护的混凝土试件28 d、56 d电通量小于标准养护的混凝土试件;养生方式优劣顺序为:保温保湿养生、标准养生、保湿养生。在昼夜温差较大的西北寒旱地区,为改善水泥混凝土抗氯离子渗 透性能,建议合理减小水泥混凝土水胶比,复掺适宜粒度分布的粉煤灰和矿粉,采用保温保湿养生制度。 |
英文摘要 | The special climate and geological environment in the cold and arid regions has an important influence on the durability of concrete structure,and it is particularly important to improve the durability of concrete. Taking the chloride ion permeability resistance of cement concrete of Gansu section of G7 expressway in the cold and arid regions as the research object,the chloride ion permeability resistances of cement concrete specimens at 28 d and 56 d ages are measured by electric flux method,and the influences of different factors on the chloride ion permeability resistance of cement concrete are analyzed. These factors are water-binder ratios (0.3 - 0.38),compound admixture ratios of fly ash and mineral powder (30% - 50% of cementitious material),and curing methods (standard curing,moisture-retention curing,moisture-retention and heat-insulation curing,the curing temperatures are 20 ℃, - 5 - 15 ℃ and - 10 - 20 ℃). The test result shows that (1) the higher the water-binder ratio,the worse the resistance of concrete to chloride ion penetration is; the worse the chloride ion permeability resistance of concrete; (2) the 28 d electric flux of the concrete mixed with mineral powder is obviously less than that of concrete with fly ash,and there is no difference between them at 56 d; (3) mixing fly ash and mineral powder with suitable particle size distribution into the concrete improved the density,reduced the electric flux,and improved the chloride ion permeability resistance of the concrete; (4) the 28 d and 56 d electric fluxes of the concrete specimens cured by moisture-retention are higher than those of the concrete specimens cured by standard curing,the 28 d and 56 d electrical fluxes of the concrete specimens cured by moisture-retention and heat-insulation curing are lower than those of the concrete specimens cured by standard curing; (5) the order of curing methods' superiority and inferiority is: moisture-retention and heat-insulation curing,standard curing,moisture-retention curing. In the northwestern cold and arid regions where the temperature difference between day and night is large,to improve the chloride ion permeability resistance of cement concrete,it is recommended to reduce the water-binder ratio of cement concrete reasonably,to mix with fly ash and mineral powder with appropriate particle size distribution,and to adopt the curing regime of moisture-retention and heat-insulation. |
