中文摘要	沙区生态产业是沙漠和沙地区域实现生态、生产、生活三生共赢的重要保障,研究沙区生态经济发展模式、价值链特征及其综合效益具有重要意义。文中以乌兰布和沙漠和科尔沁沙地典型沙产业企业为例,梳理总结了沙区生态产业发展模式,分析不同发展模式的沙区生态产业价值链特征;构建了沙区生态产业价值评价指标体系 ,对典型模式的沙区生态产业综合效益进行了评价。综合分析发现,沙区生态产业主要有单一型、延伸型、交叉融合型、技术渗透型和全产业链型五种产业发展模式 ,前三种是目前沙区最普遍的产业模式。不同发展模式其价值链特征不同,延伸型沙区生态产业的经济、社会、生态效益以及综合效益水平均高于单一型和交叉融合型产业,综合效益主要受利润率、单位营收资源消耗、沙产业带动就业人数等指标的影响。依据结论提出:加大政策扶持力度、合理扩大产业规模、增加农业科技投入等相关政策建议。
英文摘要	The ecological industry in the sandy areas is an important guarantee for the realization of the " win - win" of ecology,production and life in the desert and sandy areas. It is of great significance to study the development model,value chain characteristics and inclusive benefits of the ecological industry in the sandy areas. Taking some enterprises in the Ulanbuh Desert and Kerqin Sandy Land as examples,the development models of the ecological industry in the sandy areas were summarized. The characteristics of value chain for the ecological industry in the sandy areas were analyzed with different development models,and the index system was built to evaluate the inclusive benefits of the ecological industry in the sandy areas for different development models. The results show that the ecological industry in the sandy areas has five development models: single,extended,cross - integrated,technology penetration,and entire industry chains. Among them,the first three are currently the most common industrial models in sandy areas. Different development models have different value chain characteristics. The economic benefits,social benefits,ecological benefits and inclusive benefits of extended types ecological industry are higher than that of cross - integrated types and single - type industries. The inclusive benefits are mainly affected by indicators such as rate of profit,resource consumption per unit revenue,and employment driven by the sand industry. Based on these conclusions,policy recommendations are put forward such as increasing policy support,rationally expanding industrial scale,and increasing investment in agricultural science and technology.
