科尔沁沙地不同品种藜麦的营养价值及青贮研究 | |

中文摘要 | 在科尔沁沙地设置开鲁县增胜村和奈曼沙漠试验站2个样地,种植5个藜麦品种,分别为C4R11F_4、R1BF_2、蒙藜2号、F_2、SC等,藜麦开花 期采集全株样品制作青贮,藜麦青贮采用直接青贮和添加剂青贮的方法进行制作,通过测定藜麦青贮前后的主要化学成分、藜麦青贮的发酵指标,观察藜麦青贮的感 官性状,研究藜麦的营养价值和青贮特性。结果如下:藜麦全株的干物质含量为26.42 - 31.35%,粗蛋白含量为17.11 - 23.23%DM,藜麦可溶性碳水化合物含量为1.10 - 1.43% DM,缓冲能值为160.24 - 278.52ME/kg。藜麦青贮的pH值为4.30 - 5.74,添加剂青贮的pH值和氨态氮含量均低于直接青贮,藜麦青贮的可溶性碳水化合物、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维等的含量较原料相比均有所降低,C4 R11F_4、蒙藜2号的青贮质量为优良,SC、 R1BF_2、F_2青贮的质量为尚好。综合分析藜麦青贮前后的主要化学成分含量、藜麦青贮的感官性状和发酵品质,藜麦具有较高的营养价值,属于可青贮饲 草,添加剂可促进藜麦的青贮发酵。 |
英文摘要 | Five varieties of quinoa C4R - 11F4,R1BF_2,Mengli 2,F_2 and SC were planted and sampled in Zengsheng village of Kailu county and Naiman desert experimental station in Horqin sandy land. The whole plant samples of quinoa were collected at flowering stage and made silage without adding additive and silage adding additive. The main chemical components of quinoa before and after ensiling,silage fermentation index and sensory properties of quinoa silage were measured. The results showed that the dry matter content of whole quinoa was 26.42 - 31.35%,the crude protein content was 17.11 - 23.23% DM,which was a good quality forage. The soluble carbohydrate content of quinoa was 1.10 - 1.43% DM and the buffering capacity value was 160.24 - 278.52 ME/kg. The pH value of quinoa silage was 4.30 - 5.74,the pH value and ammoniacal nitrogen of silage adding additive were lower than that of silage without adding additive,and the content of soluble carbohydrate, neutral detergent fiber,and acid detergent fiber of quinoa silage were lower than that of raw materials. The silage quality of C4R - 11F4 and Mengli 2 was excellent,and the silage quality of SC,R1BF_2 and F_2 without adding additive was good. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the main chemical components,sensory properties and fermentation quality of quinoa silage,it is showed that quinoa has high nutritional value,and a forage suitable for ensiling. Adding additive can promote the fermentation of silage. |
