中文摘要	我国是世界上荒漠化面积最大、受影响人口最多、风沙危害最重的国家,荒漠化导致了地区的生态脆弱,也带来了沙区的深度贫困。在荒漠化防治中探索生态保护与经济社会协调发展的路径十分重要。进入生态文明新时代,我国提出了建立自然公园在内的以国家公园为主体的自然保护地体系。文中从荒漠化防治的角度出发,分析自然公园在荒漠化防治中的重要作用,并以杭锦后旗为例,结合当前荒漠化防治面临的机遇,提出自然公园规划设计的策略建议,为丰富荒漠化地区的自然公园规划设计做出探索。
英文摘要	The large area of desertification and severe hazards of sand storms in China has severely affected human life. Desertification has led to ecological fragility and deep poverty in the sand areas. For desertification control,it is very important to explore the path between ecological protection and socio - economic development. Entering the new era of ecological civilization,China has put forward the establishment of natural parks including national parks as the main body of the natural reserve system. From the perspective of desertification prevention and control,we analyzed the important role of natural parks in desertification prevention and control,and took HangginHouQi as an example,in combination with the current opportunities in desertification prevention and control,put forward strategic suggestions for the planning and design of natural parks,and explored the planning and design of natural parks to enrich desertification areas.
