中文摘要为揭示气候变化对荒漠生态系统植物开花物候的影响,以黑果枸杞(Lycium ruthenicum Murr.)为对象,研究模拟增温(W)、补灌(P)、增温+补灌(WP)对开花物候的影响。结果表明:W处理黑果枸杞个体和种群尺度始花期(IFP)、 开花高峰期(PFP)和终花期(FFP)分别比自然生长的黑果枸杞(CK)提前7.16 d和8.33 d、24.83 d和24.33 d、23.41 d和20.67 d,开花持续时间(FD)缩短16.25 d和12.33 d;WP处理个体和种群尺度IFP、PFP和FFP分别比CK提前4.83 d和7.66 d、25.83 d和25.67 d、25 d和23 d,FD缩短20.17 d和15.33 d;P处理个体和种群尺度IFP、PFP和FFP分别比CK提前3.08 d和4.33 d、18.23 d和18.33 d、3.73 d和2.67 d,FD缩短0.65 d和-1.67 d。W和WP处理黑果枸杞开花振幅曲线均呈双峰曲线,开花模式为集中开花模式,开花同步性指数均为0.83,平均开花振幅分别为75.5和83.64;相 对开花强度低,分布频度主要集中在20%~40%和30%~50%。P和CK黑果枸杞开花振幅曲线均为多峰曲线,开花模式为多重高峰模式;开花同步性指数 和平均开花振幅分别为0.88、0.90和43.25、41.63;相对开花强度高,分布频度主要集中在40%~60%和50%~70%。黑果枸杞单花开 放过程可划分为花瓣松动到花瓣打开、花瓣打开至花瓣展平、花瓣展平至花冠褪色、花冠褪色至花冠变白、花冠变白至花瓣枯萎5个阶段,单花开放的持续时间各处 理间差异显著(P<0.05),W处理(23.72 h)显著短于WP(32.96 h)、P(46.62 h)和CK(54.08 h)。各处理黑果枸杞IFP、PFP、FFP和FD与座果数之间均无显著相关性,而开花数与座果数极显著正相关。以上结果显示,气候暖湿化条件下黑果枸杞 开花物候具有很强的可塑性,提前IFP,缩短FD,增加开花数量、改变开花模式及缩短花色转变时间,提高对传粉者的访花吸引力和访花频率,以此提高生殖成 功率和适合度。
英文摘要To better understand the effects of climate change on flowering phenology in desert ecosystems,the effects of simulated warming(W),supplementary irrigation(P),and warming + supplementary irrigation(WP) on the flowering phenology of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.were studied.It was found that IFP(initial flowering period),PFP(peak flowering period),and FFP(final flowering period)were 7.16 d,8.33 d,and 24.83 d and 24.33 d,23.41 d,and 20.67 d ahead of CK(control check),FD(flowering duration)was 16.25 d and 12.33 d shorter than CK,and IFP,PFP,and FFP were 4.83 d,7.66 d,and 25.83 d and 25.67d,25.00 d,and 23.00 d ahead of CK,respectively.IFP,PFP,and FFP were 3.08 d,4.33 d,and 18.23 d and 18.33 d,3.73 d,and 2.67 d ahead of CK,respectively,and FD was 0.65 d and 1.67 d shorter than CK.Under the W and WP treatments,the flowering amplitude curves of L.ruthenicum exhibited two peaks with acentralizedflowering mode;the flowering synchronization indexes were both 0.83;the average flowering amplitudes were 75.5 and 83.64,respectively;the relative flowering intensities were low,and the distribution frequencies were mainly concentrated in the range of 20%-40% and 30%-50%.By contrast,under the P and CK treatments,L.ruthenicum exhibited multi-peak flowering amplitude curves with amulti-peakflowering mode;flowering synchronization indexes of 0.88 and 0.90,respectively;average flowering amplitudes of 43.25 and 41.63,respectively;high relative flowering intensities;and distribution frequencies that were mainly concentrated in the range of 40%-60% and 50%-70%.The opening process for a single L.ruthenicum flower can be divided into five stages:petal loosening to petal opening,petal opening to petal flattening,petal flattening to corolla fading,corolla fading to corolla turning white,and corolla turning white to petal withering.The duration of single flower opening was significantly shorter under the W treatment(23.72 h)than under the WP(32.96 h),P(46.62 h),and CK(54.08 h)treatments.The number of fruit set was not significantly correlated with IFP,PFP,FFP,or FD but was significantly positively correlated with the number of flowers.Together,these results showed that the flowering phenology of L.ruthenicum exhibited strong plasticity under warm and humid climatic conditions,with plants showing an advanced IFP,a shortened FD,an increased number of flowers,a different flowering mode,a reduced time for flower color transformation,and an increased attraction and frequency of flower visits by pollinators,all of which will help improve their reproductive success and fitness.
