中文摘要 | 以塔里木河下游天然胡杨林为研究对象,应用地基激光雷达扫描胡杨三维点云数据,估算胡杨叶面积指数(LAI) 。按照距离河道的远近选取5个监测样地,各样地选取5棵孤立木进行地基激光雷达扫描,利用冠层高度模型(CHM)和凸包算法获取树高、树冠投影面积,采用 冠层分析法(VCP)建立胡杨三维体素模型,根据冠层结构估算单棵树叶面积指数,实测值进行拟合验证,并分析叶面积指数与树高、胸径、河道距离、地下水埋 深等参数间的相关性。结果表明: VCP模型所得叶面积指数值与实测数据具有显著相关性(R~2 = 0.959,P<0.01),且估算胡杨叶面积指数精度较高;胡杨叶面积指数与树高、胸径、不同河道距离相关性不显著;但叶面积指数与地下水埋藏深度相关 性显著(R~2 = 0.923,P<0.01) 。因此,运用地基激光雷达技术和VCP模型估测胡杨叶面积指数,可效为荒漠河岸林光合、蒸腾作用以及生物量、碳储量估算等研究提供技术支撑。 |
英文摘要 | We obtained the leaf area index (LAI) of Populus euphratica natural forest in lower reaches of the Tarim River with 3D points cloud data scanned by Terrestrial Laser Scanner (TLS). Five monitoring plots were selected according to the distance from the river. Five individual trees were scanned in each plot. The Canopy Height Model (CHM) and Convex Hull algorithm were used to obtain the tree height and the projection area of the canopy. The Voxel-based canopy profiling (VCP) method was used to establish the three-dimensional voxel model of P. euphratica. Extraction of canopy structure and inversion of single tree,correlation between LAI and tree height,diameter at breast height (DBH),channel distance, ground water level and other parameters were analyzed by fitting with measured values. The LAI values fitted with tree height,DBH,distance from river channel and groundwater level,respectively. The results showed that the correlation between the LAI of VCP model and measured data was highly significant (R~2 = 0.959,P<0.01),and the accuracy of inverting P. euphratica LAI is high. P. euphratica had no significant correlation with the tree height,DBH and different river distance. However,there was a significant negative correlation between LAI and groundwater depth (R~2 = 0.923,P<0.01). Therefore, the use of TLS technology and VCP model to estimate P. euphratica LAI can provide a technical support for future research on photosynthesis and transpiration measurements,biomass and carbon storage estimation in desert riparian forests. |
