中文摘要 | 为加强供电企业从业人员职业健康的科学管理,参考现有国家标准,结合对不同地域环境特征所致职业危害因素的差异性分析,建立了基于地域差异的供电企业职业 危害因素分级体系。针对中国26个地区的等级分析结果表明,高温、低温、紫外线分级呈现显著的地域差异。其中,高温分级和低温分级与当地温度相关,高温分 级呈现南高北低的态势,而低温分级呈现北高南低的态势;紫外线分级与中国整体地势高低相关,基本呈现西北高、东南低的态势;就粉尘分级而言,除了新疆地区 土壤沙化导致的等级较高外,其余地区基本与地区的社会经济发展情况密切相关,其中以京津冀为代表的地区达到最高等级。研究结果可为各地区职业危害防护用品 选择提供技术支撑。 |
英文摘要 | This paper is aimed at searching and disclosing the inapplicability of the currently existing national standards to establish a grading system of the occupational hazard factors in the power supply enterprises based on the regional differences in combination with the geographical classification of the country in accordance with the differences of the occupational hazard factors. The starting point of this paper is to strengthen the scientific management of labor protection of the employees in the power supply enterprises,so as to guarantee the reasonable development of the power supply enterprises in different regions of the country. The analysis results of the 26 regions in the country show that the high temperature,low temperature and the ultraviolet grading may indicate the significant regional differences and varieties. Among them,the extremely high temperature difference in grading may show the trend of high in the south and low in the north in the provinces and cities while the extremely low temperature difference in grading shows the opposite trend. The 2 trends are mainly related to the difference in latitude,whereas the ultraviolet grading is related to the overall terrain horizons of the country,which can basically present the situation of high in the northwest and low in the southeast. And,so far as the classification of the particulate matters is concerned,except for the higher level of soil desertification in Xinjiang,the rest regions are closely related to the socio-economic development of the region concerned. For example,the region represented by Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has already reached the highest level. Based on the above classification,the given paper suggests that,when carrying out the work of the power supply enterprises,it is necessary to take into account the actual situation of the region so as to choose the work protection measures suitable for the region related, so as to raise the work efficiency and ensure the safety and health level of the staff members. |
