基于天宫二号数据的西南石漠化地区植被分类

中文摘要为更好地对西南石漠化地区植被进行动态监测,将天宫二号可见光近红外数据作为一种新的数据源应用于该区域的植被分类。基于单一时相多数据源的天宫二号可见 光近红外数据和Landsat8全色波段数据,采用面向对象的决策树分类法,将实验区一分为非植被、耕地、草地、灌木和乔木;基于多时相单一数据源的天宫 二号可见光近红外数据,采用基于像元的决策树分类法,将实验区二分为非植被、耕地、草地、常绿灌木林、落叶灌木林、常绿阔叶林和落叶阔叶林。实验设计的3 个关键点为:确定准确合理的植被分类体系、选择适宜的辅助信息改善分类效果、结合影像特征确定分类方法。结果表明,2组实验分类总体精度不低于0.70, kappa系数不低于0.61。
英文摘要To better monitor the vegetation dynamically in the rocky desertification area of Southwest China,the visible and near-infrared data of Tiangong-2 were used as a new data source for vegetation classification.The single time-phase and multi-resource data with the visible near-infrared image of Tiangong-2 and Landsat 8 panchromatic image were used in the classification of the Experimental area I.The object-oriented decision tree classification method was used and the classification system included non-vegetation,cultivated land,grassland,shrub and tree.In addition,the multi time-phase and single-resource data with the visible near-infrared data of Tiangong-2 were used in the classification of the Experimental area II.The decision tree classification method based on pixel was used and the classification system included non-vegetation,cultivated land,grassland,evergreen shrub forest,deciduous shrub forest,evergreen broad-leaved forest and deciduous broadleaved forest.The 3 key points of the experimental design were:construction of an accurate and rational classification system of vegetation,selection of appropriate auxiliary information to improve classification,and determination of classification method with the consideration of imagesfeatures.The results showed that the overall accuracy was no lower than 0.70 and the kappa coefficient was no lower than 0.61 for both experiments.
