干旱胁迫对2种海棠品种叶片生理和光合特性的影响

中文摘要以我国北方地区主要种植的2个海棠品种,吉美海棠(Malusjimei')和光辉海棠(MalusGuanghui')为试验材料,分析了干旱条件下2 种海棠叶片生理指标及光合PSⅡ功能的变化。结果表明:随着干旱时间的延长,2种海棠根系活力下降,其中光辉海棠叶面积增长缓慢,且可溶性糖质量分数高于 吉美海棠。2种海棠叶片丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度随干旱时间的延长呈上升趋势。干旱15 d时叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性比第一天下降3.9%,变化不显著,而光辉海棠叶片过氧化物酶(POD)却提高了77.6 %。干旱下光辉海棠叶片的叶绿素含量指数和叶片相对含水率的降低幅度明显大于吉美海棠。干旱下2种海棠叶片的净光合速率(P_n)均明显降低,在干旱1 d时,吉美海棠叶片的P_n稍低于光辉海棠,但是随着干旱时间的增加,光辉海棠叶片P_n的降低幅度明显大于吉美海棠。2种海棠叶片的气孔导度(G_s) 、蒸腾速率(T_r)和胞间CO_2摩尔分数(C_i)变化趋势相似,但在干旱10、15 d时,光辉海棠叶片的G_s和T_r均低于吉美海棠。2种海棠叶片的光化学淬灭系数(q_P)、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(F_v/F_m)、电子传递速率( ETR)随着干旱时间的增加均降低,且光辉海棠叶片qp、F_v/F_m和ETR的降低幅度明显高于吉美海棠;在干旱10 d时,光辉海棠叶片的非光化学淬灭(NPQ)比干旱1 d时升高了72.67%,吉美海棠叶片PSⅡ功能在干旱胁迫下的受抑制程度明显小于光辉海棠,可以考虑以吉美海棠作为我国东北干旱地区主要种植的观赏海棠 品种之一。
英文摘要Two cultivars of Malus mainly grown in northern China,Malusjimei'and MalusGuanghui'are used as experimental materials,the changes of physiological and photosynthetic characteristics during drought stress have been studied. The effects of drought stress on PSⅡ function of two kinds of Malus leaves were studied.With the increase of drought stress time,the root activity of two kinds of Malus showed a downward trend. The leaf area ofMalusGuanghui'(GH)grew slowly,and its soluble sugar content increased more than that ofMalusJimei'(JM). MDA content in leaves of two species of Malus tended to increase with the extension of drought stress time. The activity of SOD increased by 3.9% on the 15th day of drought stress compared with the 1 st day of drought stress,but the difference was not significant. POD in leaves of GH increased by 77.6% compared with the 1 st day of drought stress. Under drought stress,the extent of the decrease in chlorophyll content index and relative water content of the leaves of GH is significantly greater than those of JM. Under drought stress,the net photosynthetic rate(P_n)of two kinds of Malus leaves decreased significantly. On the first day of drought,the P_n of the leaves of JM was slightly lower than that of GH. However,with the increase of drought days,the decrease of P_n in the leaves of GH is significantly greater than that of the leaves of JM. The change trends of stomatal conductance(G_s),transpiration rate(T_r)and intercellular CO_2 concentration(C_i)were similar in two kinds of Malus leaves,but the G_s and T_r of GH leaves were lower than those of JM leaves on the 10 th and 15 th day of drought. The q_p,F_v/ F_m and ETR of two kinds of Malus leaves decreased with the increase of drought days,and the decrease of qp,F_v/F_m and ETR of GH leaves were significantly higher than those of JM. At the 10 th day of drought,the NPQ of GH leaves was 72.67% higher than that at the 1st day of drought. The inhibition degree of PSⅡ function of JM leaves under drought stress was significantly lower than that of GH,which could be considered. JM is one of the main Malus varieties planted in arid areas of Northeast China.
