英文摘要 | Present agricultural activity requires continuous monitoring of soil conditions. The moisture level of this is one of the most relevant parameters for the management of this activity, especially in arid regions. Microwave moisture sensors are a safe option for providing accurate moisture values. In this work a planar moisture sensor was developed using a band stop filter. The filters are designed in microstrip using half-open rectangular wavelength resonators coupled to a main transmission line. It is shown that this resonator, when coupled to a main transmission line, can be modeled by a one-pole Butterworth band stop filter. Finally, a comparison is made between the simulated and experimental results of the developed sensor, which shows that the simulated and measured results were close. |
