英文摘要 | In the past, regulation and the exploitation of the field was the most important means to achieve and adjust the social and economic balances. We observe this trend through various principles and actions embodied in various rural and urban areas that have witnessed social and economic dynamics, where ancient societies were making great efforts to adapt the natural environment to suit their different needs, and use simple tools and techniques available at that time. At present, we call these principles the concepts of traditional development, which in most rural areas of Algeria are the basis for most agricultural economic activities. The mountainous areas are among the most important of these areas because of the continued emergence of these applications in various areas of housing and agriculture. This has clearly affected space in the Aures mountains, where we observe the old principles of formulation embodied in all the organizations to exploit the field. In this paper we address the problem of shifts in the concepts of organization and preparation of the old built areas under the current circumstances, in order to identify the most important factors and reasons that led to the transformation on the one hand, and the continuation of some of the values of these organizations on the other, in the mountain area (Aures Mountains) to the east of the desert Atlas that separates the north and south of Algeria. Due to its old structures and transformations, which were dynamic, we notice, through our analysis of some of the abandoned built sites, that all the local urban structures were the result of overlapping. The most important factors are the environmental, economic and social factors, and the reaction of the population to these factors. Currently, in light of socio-economic data, some old built-up areas have seen the reorganization of their structures and areas due to internal or external factors, or both. The first factor is related to the social and spatial balance. The second factor is related to the states which have changed the built area according to the reconstruction plans that were implemented, as well as individual interventions. Nevertheless, the Eurasian dwelling has retained some old regulations, especially in rural areas. Recent changes in location, selection and housing planning have affected the urban fabric with its various components. As a result, the new concept of fabric has become completely different from the characteristics of the old fabric. |
