英文简介The areas of transgenic corn cultivation incease every year because they can combat lepidopteran pests and reduce pesticide application. However, transgenic corn (Bt) could directly or indirectly impact the ecosystems belowground through root and litter derived ways. Typical black soil region in Gongzhuling city is selected to our study the effects of transgenic corn (Bt799) cultivation on Collembola. The methods of soil corers, pitfal trap belowground, insect suckers and litterbags are adoped to investigate the vertical distribution properties of Collembola. Phospholipid fatty acids in soil, corn roots and corn leaves are used as trophic biomarkers to study the feeding habits of Collembola. The method of ELISA is used to measure the concentration of Bt protein in soil, corn roots, corn leaves and different Collembola functional groups. Bioconcentration effect trough root and litter derived ways and bioconcentration factors of different collembolan functional groups are calculated. The exposed risk and environmental effect of Bt corn are analyzed through root and litter derived ways. We provide a baseline for environmental risk assessment of Bt corn in northeastern China though this study.
