英文简介 | Seed dormancy is an innate seed property that defines the environmental conditions in which the seed is able to germinate.Seed dormancy has long been a hot issue for the domestic and international seed biology, physiological dormancy is the most common type of seed dormancy, widespread in the grasses, the dormancy type is mainly for the seed coat dormancy, embryo dormancy, or a combination dormancy in three ways, grasses in seed dormancy regulation mechanisms is the key to understand the dormancy essentially. Seed dormancy in grasses is widespread controversy, so in this study we collected switchgrass which has important economic value and dormancy. We use mechanical treatment, stratification, the fluorescent tracer technique, means a combination of traditional staining and modern biological microscopy, clear the grasses in the seed dormancy type, explore grass seeds seed coat permeability and microstructure on the basis of the seed coat the relationship between seed dormancy and to explore the grasses seed testa semipermeable layer chemical composition, the project seeks to clarify the grasses seed dormancy mechanism to provide a scientific basis for in-depth understanding of the relationship between microstructure and seed dormancy. |
