英文简介 | Plant root activity is a key process of the material circulation and energy flow in plant-soil system. Nitrogen is a limited factor to the ecosystem primary production in semi-arid region and root decomposition is a dominant pathway of nitrogen transportation from plant to soil. Root zone biological factors in terms of root growth, mycorhiza, root exudates and rhizosphere microorganisms related to root growth played different roles in root decomposition and nitrogen transportation. However, few researches focused on this. In this study responses of root decomposition rate and nitrogen transportation to live root growth, mycorhiza, root exudates and rhizosphere microorganisms of Artemisia halodendron in are studied by root chamber method in field experiment, combined with laboratory incubation. Biological and chemical effects of root exudates and rhizosphere microorganisms on root decomposition and element release are separated by laboratory experiments. Also component changes of soil nitrogen related with root decomposition are measured together. Then the relationship between root decomposition rate and nitrogen component is analyzed to understand the response process of root decomposition to different processes to root growth, mycorhiza, root exudates and rhizosphere microorganisms. The aim is to offer a further discussion on the impact mechanism of root growth, mycorhiza, root exudates and rhizosphere microorganisms on root decomposition and the mechanism of plant-root system nitrogen transportation in semi-arid region, and then provide a theoretical basis for in-depth understanding of the nitrogen feedback mechanism of plant-soil system in semi-arid sandy land. |
