英文简介Organic vegetable industry is predominant in Northwest China, and the availability of soil nitrogen is a key factor constraining its sustainable utilization and thus limiting the yield and quality of vegetables. Based on a long-term cultivation in organic vegetables field in Northwest arid region, we analyze the characteristics of nitrogen cycling including soil nitrogen mineralization and organic nitrogen fertilizer traced by 15N, and characterize the structure and biodiversity of soil microbial community using the high-throughput sequencing technique though the method of indoor culture and field experiment. This research will contribute to expound the potential of soil nitrogen mineralization, reveal the nitrogen distribution rule and explore the underlying mechanism of soil microorganism involved in soil nitrogen transformation. The outcome through this research would be of great practical significance to balanced fertilization, adjustment of nitrogen transformation and improvement of nitrogen utilization efficiency.
