英文简介 | In the global terrestrial ecosystem, soil respiration is the main factor that determine the carbon balance. So to clarify the variation mechnisms of soil respiration is the basis that accurately assess the terrestrial carbon sink. In most agroecological systems in the Loess Plateau region, long-term nitrogen (N) fertilization significantly influences on soil organic carbon decomposition and soil respiration, as a result to change carbon balance. In this study, soil respiration will be investigated in a rainfed wheat ecosystem which has been applied N for 10 years. The SOC compsition of different soil layers will be measured to clarify the effects of long-term N application on SOC accumulation and decompsition. Soil respiration and its components will be measured with the LI-8150 automated soil CO2 flux system and the corresponding environmental factors will be measured with several automatic meteorological instruments. The soil respiration mechnism, thus, will be discussed. And the response of soil respiration to precipitation was analyzed. Moreover, the temperature sensitivity of soil respiration and its components in rainfed wheat ecosystem will be researched. The Q10 function will be assessed with analysis of multiple factors. Overall, the above works would improve our understanding on soil respiration regulation mechnism, and contribute to accurately assess the soil carbon sink on the Loess Plateau region. |
