英文简介 | In order to save fresh water resources, mulched drip irrigation with saline water is gradually popularized in arid areas, which strongly attributes to the great utilization potential of saline water in China. Flood irrigation is usually selected outside growth period for leaching salt on surface soil in order to reduce the risk of salinization. However, the results of this extensive salt-leaching mode are usually restricted by the strong spatial variability of soil salinity, based on which, mulched drip irrigation with high volume of water is preferred instead of flood irrigation. In present project, a field experiment in an arid area is conducted, which is about salt-leaching outside growth period serviced by mulched drip irrigation using fresh water. Two main methods, rapid electromagnetic induction investigation and numerical simulation, are applied. Furthermore, irrigation season, such as spring or winter, irrigation requirement, and irrigation mode, such as flood irrigation or mulch drip irrigation, are also taken into account. In the experiment, soil water potential, soil water and salt content, deep percolation and groundwater table are all finely measured for some prospects as follows: (1) to analyze the water-salt balance, and the elimination extent of spatial variability of soil salinity; (2) to evaluate the results of salt leaching under different conditions; (3) to establish 3D simulation models of soil water and salt movement; and the most important, (4) to further reveal the discharge process and mechanism of soil water and salt transfer under mulch drip irrigation for the sake of optimizing accurate salt-leaching regime outside growth period, and regulating field salinity condition. The research achievements could enrich the present theoretical system of mulched drip irrigation, further save limited fresh water resources, prevent soil salinization and improve agricultural production efficiency. |
